Currently, designing next-generation experiences for customer service contact handling @Amazon.

Graduated with a master’s degree in digital media from the University of Washington,
I’ve worked in FinTech, healthcare, and venture capital firms.
In the past 7 years, I’ve launched B2C & B2B products across web and mobile.

I like reading, hiking, and vibe coding—always exploring new ideas 😊

Aug 2021 - now

UX designer @Amazon

  • Lead Amazon's global case management system in Customer Service, reducing repeat customer contacts by 5%. Built a Figma plugin using an AI coding agent that

    automated design, accelerating the entire design process by 5x.

  • Design Amazon first Gen-AI workflows in Customer Service, collaborated with UX researchers, tested out the ideas with customer service associates and

    presented the concept design and findings to senior leadership.

  • Work closely with senior product leadership to identify gaps between existing experiences and an ideal state through quant, and qual analysis.

July 2019 - Aug 2021

UX designer @Tyemill(Acquired by Syntax Data)

  • Led the design of Affinity, a financial analytics platform, empowering investors to analyze complex portfolios with interactive data visualizations.

  • Built a scalable design system in partnership with engineering teams, accelerating feature delivery by 2 weeks per sprint and standardizing UI patterns for 50+ components.
